SHENOVAC INDUSTRIAL HIGH VACUUM PUMP

An industrial high vacuum pump is a type of pump designed to remove gas molecules from a sealed volume, creating a vacuum environment with a low pressure. These pumps are used in various industrial applications where it's essential to achieve very low pressures, such as in the semiconductor industry, material research, vacuum coating, and other high-tech manufacturing processes.

There are several types of industrial high vacuum pumps:
Rotary Vane Pumps:
  •   Used to achieve rough or medium vacuum levels.
  •   Suitable for continuous operation.
  •   Often used as a primary pump before further vacuum stages are added.
Turbo Molecular Pumps (TMP):
  •   Achieve ultra-high vacuums.
  •   Typically used in tandem with rotary vane pumps to achieve higher vacuum levels.
  •   Often found in scientific applications like particle accelerators and electron microscopes.
